Is Rain or Shine Mail Co. only for people with cancer?

Rain or Shine Mail is for anyone whose life has been impacted by cancer. That could mean you're newly diagnosed, in treatment, navigating survivorship, living as a stage 4 thriver, or supporting a loved one. All are welcome here. 

What comes in each monthly mailer? 

Every month is a little different, but you can expect a letter accompanied by a thoughtfully chosen mix of little goodies: encouragement, affirmations, rituals, and other feel-good surprises. 

Put the paper goods on a corkboard, stick to your fridge, fold it in your wallet, hold at appointments, or anywhere else you want to take them. 

How does the subscription work?

Choose a recurring monthly subscription, or purchase in a three, six, or twelve-month package. A new piece of mail from Rain or Shine arrives each month, filled with a fresh collection of thoughtful surprises curated by a cancer survivor.

Can I give as a gift? 

Absolutely. Rain or Shine was made with gifting in mind. You can send a subscription directly to someone you love as a little reminder that you're thinking of them. Remember to put their name and address in the delivery section of the checkout!

Can I add a personal message? 

Yes! You can add a personal note to let your recipient know exactly who their special delivery is from. 

When will I receive my mail? 

Rain or Shine Mail is dropped at the post office on the 5th of every month. You can expect to receive your mail between 2-10 days later. 

When is the cutoff to sign up?

Sign up by the 28th of the month to begin receiving the following month's mail. For example, if you sign up on September 30th, you will miss October's mailing, but your first piece of mail will arrive in November. 

What if I entered the wrong address? 

Reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@rainorshinemail.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update the address before it goes out!

Do you mail international? 

Currently, Rain or Shine Mail is only sent domestically in the United States, but we are happy to shift if there is a need! Drop us a note at hello@rainorshinemail.com if you'd like to request international mail. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

Email hello@rainorshinemail.com to let us know. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will apply to future months if the current mailing has already gone out.
